Unique IP service

Applications are deployed “somewhere” inside the regions you pick, so the IP they reach external services from is not predictable. The unique IP service gives them a fixed and predictable exit point. If you only need the ranges your applications currently come from, see IP address ranges.

For each region, we provide a unique IP service. This service allows your queries to some external services to come from a fixed and unique IP.

This service does not appear in the Console at the moment. The best is to ask the support team that will set it up for you and provide you with the needed information. For pricing details, contact your sales representative or Clever Cloud support. The price does not change with the number of applications that will use it.

The IP depends on the zone, so ask the support about it.
