Why Visio?

Most mainstream video conferencing solutions are hosted outside of France, subject to foreign jurisdictions, and may raise concerns regarding data sovereignty and GDPR compliance. Visio stands out by providing a service based on open source technologies, hosted in France, and integrated with a coherent collaborative ecosystem (LaSuite). With this approach, users benefit from a modern communication tool while retaining full control over their data.

Visio is currently under development. Some features (automatic transcription, note-taking, meeting recording) are still being implemented.

FerretDB at a glance

Note

FerretDB aims to support the majority of common MongoDB use cases, but not all MongoDB features are implemented.

For example, some advanced administrative commands are not supported, certain aggregation pipeline stages may be limited, and performance or behaviour may differ from native MongoDB due to the use of PostgreSQL as the backend.

Compatibility depends on the version used and on the features exercised.

Clever Functions is built on an event-driven architecture: functions run when a specific event occurs, such as an HTTP request, a database update or a message in a queue.

Clever Cloud manages all resources automatically. You deploy your functions; the platform handles the rest.

Technical operation

To achieve fast and isolated execution, Clever Cloud built its own low-level virtualisation layer. It activates lightweight environments as close as possible to the CPU while retaining the strong isolation already present throughout the platform.

The execution engine relies on two components:

• Wasm and Wasm System Interface (WASI): an open standard compatible with many languages (Go, Rust, Zig, C, JavaScript, AssemblyScript…).
• WSR (Wasm Svm Runtime): designed to provide fast execution, multi-language support and a simple operating model.

This architecture avoids dependence on a single runtime and supports adoption across heterogeneous engineering teams.
