FOSDEM 2026

FOSDEM is one of Europe’s largest open-source events, bringing developers and contributors together for technical talks and sessions.
This edition will feature our colleague Loïc Tosser, who will present PyInfra: Because Your Infrastructure Deserves Real Code in Python, Not YAML Soup in the Python Devroom. He will demonstrate how to replace heavy YAML files with readable, testable, reusable Python code. Additionally, he will show how complex Ansible playbooks can be transformed into concise scripts, making infrastructure more expressive, robust, and aligned with modern development practices.

Clever Cloud will be taking part in JFokus 2026, an international developer conference focused on Java, cloud, and emerging technologies. Our DevRel, Horacio Gonzalez, will lead the session “MCP Servers Beyond 101: Good Practices, Design Choices and Their Consequences.”
During this session, he will showcase real-world projects, share best practices, and highlight common pitfalls to avoid. He will also discuss the impact of design choices on developer experience, performance, and security.
